Meet Chef Claude

Chef Claude has been putting passion into cooking since he was a young boy. His well rounded 20+ years of experience includes working as the head chef of fine dinning restaurants, conference centers, cruise ships, yachts, casinos, family restaurants and health care. Quality and customer service have been a focus since the onset of his career.

Chef Claude began his education at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island and transferred to the Colorado Mountain Culinary Institute where he graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a Major in Culinary Art. He has earned the title of Certified Chef De Cuisine through the American Culinary Federation and is a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association. He holds a current Safety and Sanitation Certificate through the ACF. Chef Claude has continued his education focusing on nutrition and special diets. He can customize a menu to fit your specific dietary needs including hospital prescribed diets.

Serendipity Personal Chef Services' goal is to give some time and freedom to the hard working people who came to enjoy Lake Tahoe's beauty. Years of working as an Executive Chef in the corporate world has led Chef Claude to understand that time is precious. His greatest desire is to use his past experiences to improve the quality of life and health with expertly prepared food for his clients. Chef Claude is dedicated to providing the highest quality and personalized service for each customer and is a licensed and insured personal chef.
